BOUTIQUE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY
Background
The aim of these activities were three fold; attract more experienced candidates, strengthen relationships with existing clients and build awareness with media outlets to become an authoritative voice on all things recruitment.
What I did
Among the activities I worked on, these were a priority for the consultancy; rebuild their dated website and add a CV upload functionality, putting together a rolling month-on-month content calendar, that included weekly blog articles and details on how these would be promoted across the company’s social media networks.
I was also tasked with partnering with leading trade magazines to secure coverage based on research the consultancy was doing.
“We worked with Emma on a number of projects and everything was delivered on time, professionally and the quality of work exceeded our expectation. We found her very reliable and full of new ideas and solutions.”
Results
I focused on activities to improve their marketing ROI. This saved the company money by reducing their marketing spend on activities that weren’t producing good results. I also focused on increasing applications from social media channels. Thus enabling the company to spend less money on third party advertising.
By creating a content calendar we were able to put out consistent content to drive website traffic and that also enforced their reputation within the industry.
